The Recruitment Process

In the spirit of transparency, the MacDonald Johnston recruitment process is structured as follows:

1.    Applications received and assessed against selection criteria

2.    Shortlist developed

3.    Interviews conducted (this may involve more than one round)

4.    Psychometric tests performed (this is position dependent)

5.    Pre-employment medical undertaken

6.    Offer of employment made and accepted
